Susan Thomson

 Susan is an outcome focused Finance & Strategy professional with a track record in planning and delivering strategic commercial initiatives within large corporates with international experience in New Zealand, UK and Australia.

Susan specialises in developing the value proposition and financial models for new projects, products, ventures and strategic initiatives along with clear and compelling written documentation that articulate the commercial case.

Susan’s background is in Corporate Finance and M&A; commencing her career at PwC and Macquarie Bank. She is a chartered management accountant (ACMA) and holds a M.Com (hons) 1st Class from University of Auckland and B.Sc. in Management Science from Canterbury University.

Richard Wallace

Richard is a banking and finance executive with over 30 years’ experience in the New Zealand market. He has originated and executed large, complex financing and commercial transactions within New Zealand and cross-border.

Richard has strong commercial skills including the application of valuation, financing, commercial and structuring expertise to transactions and projects. He is experienced in debt sizing, structuring and leading the application and documentation of bank debt and leasing facilities.

Richard holds a B.Com in Economics from Canterbury University and a B.C.A (hons) in Finance from Victoria University.  Certified member of the Institute of Finance Professionals New Zealand.
